i absolutely love jamba juice. i love the smoothies, my daughter loves the auntie anne’s pizza pretzels. well we walked in looked for the pizza pretzels. didn’t see any. asked how long it takes. the lady said about 5 minutes. then checked the cheese, and turned around and seemed like she hated her whole life, it’s like frozen. and i’m like okay. well does that add to the time. no like maybe a minute or two longer. which i’m fine with. you order food it’s not always going to be done right away obviously. but don’t act like it’s your life’s work, and would take 10 years to make. literally one of the few items on the menu. anyways. moral of the story. if it’s your job. do it with a smile. or don’t do it at all.

My sister and I came in because it was a hot day. The lady who tended to us was very confused and unprofessional. when we went to order, I ordered a smoothie and pretzel bites my sister ordered an açai bowl. On the screen, it said that I owed $34. she verified with me is everything on the screen correct and I verified it was. She then proceeds to say that my total is $11. I kindly questioned that, and then she asked her coworker for some help. she had mistakenly hit cash. he then proceeds to say that my total is now $46. At this point, I’m frustrated and I questioned it again stating that I saw on the screen it was $34. He then apologizes and says my total is the original $34. By the time it was all set and done my pretzels were cold and stale, and my sister’s açai bowl tasted like sour fruit or sour milk. This is the second time we’ve given this place a chance and probably the last. All in all zero out of 10 experience. If I could give no stars, I would.

Online the store states they close at 8pm. I pulled on the stores door handle at 7:33pm and it was locked. Employee looked at me and just shook their head no. On the bright side I discovered “Tropical Smoothie Cafe”. Way better and they stay open later, and they have a drive thru if you don’t wanna get down.

I really don’t understand why businesses have hours if they arnt followed. Door had a written sign saying “we close at 7:30” and it wasn’t 7:30 and yet the doors were locked. If businesses make up their own hours, then don’t bother having hours listed…

I remember when it used to be Jamaba Juice. There is no longer tables to sit, fresh juice/ shots, or the sandwiches they had. Auntie anne's is now included, but its mediocre at best. Although, some of the staff is friendly and welcoming, others, not so much. Depending on who's working, you can get an amazing smoothie or a watery mess. Paying $8 to $11 for a smoothie, you would think that i would get it made right. I would more than likely start going to smoothie king now. Unfortunate how far jamab has gone down hill.
